Heat Press - Place transfer in desired location on fabric, set heat press to 150 degrees with heavy press setting. Press for 10 seconds, leave to cool slightly 5-10 seconds and peel slowly from a corner, if it is still attached to the paper press for a further 5-10 seconds. Once carrier sheet is pulled offer lay teflon sheet/ parchment paper over and heat for a further 5-10 seconds. Do not wash garment for a 72 hours after application. Please make note of the desired settings for your machine for future presses.

Cricut press/ Home iron - Place transfer in desired location. Set to 200 and iron/ press for 20 seconds applying plenty of pressure while pressing. ALLOW TO COOL DOWN FULLY then peel a corner to take carrier sheet of slowly. If its still attached press for a further 5-10 seconds. After carrier sheet is removed place teflon sheet/ parchment paper over and press for a further 5 seconds.
